  1. Seoul National University:

In QS World University Rankings 202, Seoul National University (SNU) is ranked 37th and first in South Korea, while rankings for QS South Korea University* were ranked second. 2. Korea Advanced Institute of Science & Technology:

KAIST was top in QS South Korea’s new University Rankings, located in Daejeon. KAIST was created as the first research and engineering institution in the country, a public research university with a student population of little over 10,000. It is the 40th largest university in the QS Globe University Rankings and also the third largest institution under 50 in the world. KAIST has a majority of the STEM programmes, with the universities among the 100 best institutions in the world in 13 areas. The STEM programme consists of science, technology, engineering and mathematics.

3.Pohang University of Science and Technology (POSTECH):

POSTECH is a private research university that ranks jointly as the seventh-seventh-largest research institution in the world and the sixth most seventh-largest in both South and QST 50 Under 50.
