Application Procedure for Russian Government Open Doors Fully Funded Scholarship 2022:
The entire application process is completed digitally. Applicants can check online by reading the preceding guidelines and collecting the documents that must be uploaded during the application process. Please note that all international students are now permitted to enter Russia, but each university has its own set of rules regarding how to do so. Also, if you apply and are selected as a winner by both Open Doors and Rossotrudnichestvo, you will have to pick between the two scholarships – you will not be able to receive both. From September 15, 2021, until December 10, 2021, you can register. Previous accounts have been erased, so if you were a participant last year and want to participate again, you’ll need to join again and fill up the portfolio from scratch.
